A seasoned internationalist, Ms. Levinson has managed major projects and coordinated the efforts of staff in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, the Far East, South Asia, Central and South-Central Europe, and the Newly Independent States.
Ms. Levinson has appeared on numerous national news programs as a recognized expert on global issues, including NBC, CBS, CNN, and MSNBC. She has been featured in a variety of print media, such as The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and the Baltimore Sun.
Notably, Ms. Levinson is the long-time advisor to Africa's first elected female President, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, credited with being the "secret weapon" in the Sirleaf campaign. She now represents the Government of Liberia in Washington, DC.

Chris Beatty joined KRL in May of 2007, shortly after the firm was established. As the Associate Director, Mr. Beatty serves as an advisor to clients on U.S. legislative affairs, international trade policy, the investment and political climate in emerging markets, and corporate social responsibility. He has been an integral part of numerous international communications and advocacy initiatives, market entry strategies, commercial dispute resolutions and high level political campaigns. Mr. Beatty has also worked to facilitate coordination between the private sector, NGOs, and government agencies to deliver the maximum benefit to the communities in which they operate.

Before joining KRL in September 2009, Ashley worked as an Information Specialist at the Congressional Research Service. In this position, she conducted research on a variety of topics in domestic policy for members of Congress and their staff.
A recent graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle, Ashley focused on international affairs and wrote her senior thesis on transnational women's advocacy. She has lived in Dakar, Senegal where she studied language, culture, and politics.
